Danielle will assist and collaborate with you in every detail within your proposed budget and deliver a beautiful, curated design that you will enjoy for years. She works with local and online trade resources, vendors and suppliers to help bring your design to fruition. Danielle bring’s a one of a kind design approach, that is full of her passion for design and is hands on, personal, professional, and synergetic. She will have you be as involved with the project as you feel comfortable and needed for a great, overall experience.

HOW IT WORKS

PHASE 1 - IN HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION (90 MIN) - $250

In home design consultation that will last up to 90 minutes.
Tour of the space to discuss the details of the project (scope of work, parameters, expectations, time-frames, budget, etc.)
Notes will be taken with questions about the overall vision of the space, design style ideas, lifestyle, wants, needs, and options.
Measurements and photos of the space will be taken to help with the Design & Planning Phase.

PHASE 2 - DESIGN & PLANNING

A scope of work with the detailed items and concepts discussed at the consultation will be provided along with the design proposal and design fees.
Upon approval of the scope of work, design proposal, design fees, and with the requested deposit paid; the space planning and concept design begins.
Communication back and forth via phone, text, and/or email with ideas and inspirations to create the overall design concept for the space; which will include a floor plan/layout, color scheme, style, materials, cabinetry or furniture, appliances (if for kitchen design), light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, finishes, etc. for the project.
A layout of the space will be presented on a floor plan with 2D wall elevations and conceptual 3D rendering to help visualize the future space and to make sure the space is functional too.

PHASE 3 - PURCHASE & PROCUREMENT

Once the design concept/layout is finalized and approved, the design fun begins.
Items and finishes will be sourced for the space needed with 2-4 design meetings to take place either in the client’s home, local product showrooms and/or to a particular supplier/vendor’s location to view material options to help make product selections.
Material samples, finishes, paint colors, etc. will also be brought into the home meetings to view in the actual space. This process is very collaborative and working as a team will help create the client’s vision and bring it to life.
Selections can be revised up to two times (in certain instances maybe more) and selections will be approved together before final purchase of materials.
Delivery and shipping coordination of items, storage/warehousing, and any necessary follow up/issues with vendors/suppliers will be provided before the construction phase begins.

PHASE 4 - CONSTRUCTION & INSTALL

All layout, renderings, details of product specification and placement, paint colors, etc. will be provided to the hired contractor before construction begins depending on lead time of their project start time frame.
Once construction begins, 2-3 on site visits will be made to work along with the contractor to keep tabs and ensure all details of material placement, product quality, etc. are to the client’s liking and satisfaction.
It is strongly encouraged for the client to allow involvement to work along with the contractor to resolve any issues that may arise as all roles of the overall project will ensure that the integrity of the design is achieved.
